Continuous improvement
We have a ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. It guarantees that we are constantly working with the perspective of effective satisfaction of our customer, aiming to "get it right the first time" and "always doing better". We aim to continuously improve our service, our costs, the management of our processes and deadlines.
Moreover, we are always looking for the optimal satisfaction of our customers and for harmonization of our operation methods, we have obtained an ISO 13485:2003 certification.
This certificate demonstrates our willingness to respond adequately and competently to the expectations of our customers.
Skills management
Every staff member is involved in a continuous training process. They acquire new technical skills or specialise themselves in a specific branch of activity. The skills management plan is there to help them to do so.
